Visa International has signed an agreement with Bank of China to cooperate in operating onsite ATMs and point-of-sale machines at various stadiums, selling Olympic tickets, selling official licensed products and developing new Olympic-themed products.

As the sole licensed bank for the Beijing Olympics, Bank of China has also obtained the license to sell Olympic precious metal products, high-grade commemorative pins and other licensed merchandise. The bank already opened four retail points in Beijing, one shop in Macau last year, and is going to open 100 more outlets throughout the country by the end of 2007. Visa has also been the only official payment service provider of the Olympics since 1986. ( Forbes )
