Europay Austria and China Unionpay have signed a contract which allows Europay Austria to perform acquiring for CUP cards at ATMs and Point of sale terminals in Austria as well as in possible other European countries.

Europay Austria offers services to more than 95,000 merchants and has developed payment cards such as the multi-functional Maestro ATM card, Quick – the national electronic purse, and a variety of different MasterCards. (Europay Austria)
