Shenzhen Development Bank (SDB) has appointed Todos Data System to deliver a new remote two factor authentication solution for its internet banking customers. The new solution will increase security and improve internet bank usage as well as minimizing support costs.

After a period of using a combination of fixed passwords and PKI-USBkeys, SDB is now upgrading its authentication to Todos eCode Solution. The solution comprises an authentication server, Double Authentication Scratch Cards and Double Authentication ezTokens. By upgrading SDB will improve security that in the future may be increased by the provisions of the highly flexible authentication server. Further more SDB will decrease support costs as the new end user devices will come more comprehensible to the bank clients and thereby minimising the need for support calls. SDB now calculates to improve their internet bank usage and rapidly expand their middle and high-end customer group.
