CUP Data

CUP Data provides transaction processing, disaster recovery, data migration, system integration and other value- added services for issuing banks in China. CUP Data was established in 2003, and now has more than 50 signed credit- and debit-processing client banks. CUP Data is a subsidiary of China UnionPay. TSYS owns a 44.5-percent equity stake in CUP Data.

Unionpay Merchant Services

Unionpay Merchant Services (UMS), subsidiary company of China Unionpay (CUP), was incorporated in December, 2002 with the headquarters in Shanghai and the registered capital of RMB 174 million. UMS focuses on the bankcard acquiring and merchant-related services.
