ICBC has announced that its Personal Internet Banking customer base reached 70.8 million to the end of September 2009.

Among this big group of ICBC users, 11.74 million of them use USB login device and 4.43 million are VIP customers.

The bank’s Personal Internet Banking transaction volume reaches RMB 11.9 trillion for the first 9 months this year, representing a year-on-year growth of 84%.
