Aconite has announced that their strategic partner, Datacard Asia Pacific, has been awarded the contract to supply Aconite’s smart card management solution, Affina® Enterprise to ICBC for the management and post-issuance of their smart card portfolio.

Aconite’s Affina® Enterprise was selected as a part of Datacard’s complete card management solution. ICBC will use it to personalise cards’ services at both the regional and individual level through the upload of new smart card applications onto the cards after issuance. The bank has plans to roll out over 20 new applications in the near future, according to Aconite.
