Longtop Financial Technologies says it is developing a customized Analytical Customer Relationship Management (ACRM) solution for a Big Four Bank client in China.

The ACRM solution focuses on the analytics of the customer experience by applying a combination of Business Intelligence and reporting methodologies, such as data mining and online analytical processing, to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information. The ACRM solution provides more accurate and timely information on customers, products, channels and trend analysis to support marketing decision making.
